Atharva Veda (Śaunaka) 1.153

समानां मासामृतुभिष्ट्वा वयं संवत्सरस्य पयसा पिपर्मि । इन्द्राग्नी विश्वे देवास्तेऽनु मन्यन्तामहृणीयमानाः

1.35.4 — samanam masamritubhishtva vayam samvatsarasya payasa piparmi | indragni vishve devaste'nu manyantamahriniyamanah

With seasons of summers (? sámā), of months, we [fill] thee, with the milk of the year I fill [thee]; let Indra-and-Agni, let all the gods, approve thee, not bearing enmity.

समान (ऋतुओं) के मासों से, ऋतुओं से हम तुझे भरते हैं; संवत्सर के रस (पयस्) से मैं तुझे तृप्त करता हूँ। इन्द्राग्नी और विश्वे देवा तुझे अनुमोदित करें, शत्रुता न रखते हुए।
