Atharva Veda (Śaunaka) 1.47

यदुवक्थानृतं जिह्वया वृजिनं बहु । राज्ञस्त्वा सत्यधर्मणो मुञ्चामि वरुणादहम्

1.10.3 — yaduvakthanritam jihvaya vrijinam bahu | rajnastva satyadharmano munchami varunadaham

In that thou hast spoken with the tongue untruth, much wrong—from the king of true ordinances (-dhárman), from Varuṇa, I release thee.

जो कुछ तूने जिह्वा से असत्य बोला है, बहुत कुटिलता की है — सत्य-धर्मा राजा वरुण से मैं तुझे मुक्त करता हूँ।
