Atharva Veda (Śaunaka) 1.48

मुञ्चामि त्वा वैश्वानरादर्णवान् महतस्परि । सजातान् उग्रेहा वद ब्रह्म चाप चिकीहि नः

1.10.4 — munchami tva vaishvanaradarnavan mahataspari | sajatan ugreha vada brahma chapa chikihi nah

I release thee out of the universal, the great flood (arṇavá); speak, O formidable one, unto [thy] fellows here, and reverence our incantation (bráhman).

मैं तुझे वैश्वानर (अग्नि) से, महान अर्णव (प्रलय-जल) से मुक्त करता हूँ। हे उग्र! अपने सजातियों से यहाँ बोल, और हमारे ब्रह्म (मन्त्र) का आदर कर।
