Atharva Veda (Śaunaka) 1.84

विष्वञ्चो अस्मच्छरवः पतन्तु ये अस्ता ये चास्याः । दैवीर्मनुष्येषवो ममामित्रान् वि विध्यत

1.19.2 — vishvancho asmachchharavah patantu ye asta ye chasyah | daivirmanushyeshavo mamamitran vi vidhyata

Dispersing from us let the shafts fly, those that are hurled and that are to be hurled; ye divine arrows of men (manuṣyà-), pierce my enemies.

हमसे दूर बिखरकर शर उड़ जाएँ — जो छोड़े गए हैं और जो छोड़े जाने वाले हैं। हे दैवी मनुष्य-बाणो! मेरे शत्रुओं को बेधो।
