Brahma Sutras 13.6

आदित्यादिमतयश्चाङ्ग उपपत्तेः ॥

adityadi-matayash cha anga upapatteh

And the meditations on the sun and others are parts of the whole, because this is reasonable.

और आदित्य आदि पर की जाने वाली उपासनाएँ कर्म के अङ्ग हैं, क्योंकि यही उपपन्न होता है।
