Brahma Sutras 14.1

वाङ्मनसि दर्शनाच्छब्दाच्च ॥

van-manasi darshanach shabdach cha

Speech merges into the mind, because of what is seen and because of the scriptural word.

वाक् मन में लीन होती है, क्योंकि (शास्त्र में) ऐसा देखा जाता है और शब्द से भी (यही प्रमाणित है)।
