Brahma Sutras 14.21

योगिनः प्रति स्मर्येते स्मार्ते चैते ॥

yoginah prati smaryete smarte chaite

For the yogis these are remembered, and these are indeed from the Smriti.

ये (दक्षिणायन-निषेध आदि) योगियों के प्रति स्मरण किए जाते हैं और स्मार्त (स्मृति-कथित) हैं।
