Brahma Sutras 14.4

सोऽध्यक्षे तदुपगमादिभ्यः ॥

so'dhyakshe tad-upagamadibhyah

That prana merges into the ruler of the body, because of the approach and other reasons.

वह (प्राण) अध्यक्ष (जीव) में लीन होता है, क्योंकि उपगमन आदि के संकेत हैं।
