Brahma Sutras 14.7

समाना चासृत्युपक्रमादमृतत्वं चानुपोष्य ॥

samana cha asrity-upakramad amritatvam cha anuposhy

The process is the same for the knower up to the beginning of the path, but immortality is attained without the need for sustenance.

(अज्ञानी और विद्वान्) दोनों के लिए मार्ग का प्रारम्भ समान है, और (विद्वान् के लिए) अमरता उपोष-रहित होकर प्राप्त होती है।
