Brahma Sutras 2.18

अन्तर्याम्यधिदैवादिषु तद्धर्मव्यपदेशात् ॥

antaryamy adhidaivadishu tad-dharma-vyapadeshat

The inner ruler in the divine and other contexts is Brahman, because the qualities of Brahman are mentioned.

अन्तर्यामी — देवादि में [जो अन्दर से नियन्त्रण करता है] — वह ब्रह्म है, [क्योंकि उस] ब्रह्म के धर्मों का वर्णन है ॥
