Brahma Sutras 3.27

विरोधः कर्मणीति चेन्नानेकप्रतिपत्तेर्दर्शनात् ॥

virodhah karmani iti chen na aneka-pratipatter darshanat

If it be said that there is a contradiction with regard to works, we say no, because we see the assumption of many forms.

यदि [कहा जाए] कर्म [अनुष्ठान] में विरोध है [इसलिए देवादि का अधिकार नहीं] — तो नहीं, क्योंकि [ब्रह्म का] अनेक प्रकारों से [ग्रहण होता] देखा जाता है ॥
