Brahma Sutras 4.5

वदतीति चेन्न प्राज्ञो हि प्रकरणात् ॥

vadati iti chen na prajno hi prakaranat

If it be said that scripture speaks of it, we say no, because the intelligent Brahman is meant from the context.

यदि [कहा जाए कि श्रुति प्रधान के विषय में] कहती है [इसलिए वह ब्रह्म नहीं] — तो नहीं, क्योंकि प्रकरण से "प्राज्ञ" (सर्वज्ञ चेतन ब्रह्म) [अभिप्रेत है] ॥
