Brahma Sutras 5.12

अन्यथानुमेयमिति चेदेवमप्यनिर्मोक्षप्रसङ्गः ॥

anyatha-anumeyam iti ched evam apy anirmoksha-prasangah

If it be said that inference leads to a different conclusion, even then there would be the impossibility of liberation.

यदि [कहो कि] "तर्क से [ब्रह्म] अन्यथा [अनुमेय] है" — [तो] इस [सांख्य-योग-] मत में भी मोक्ष का न मिलना [ही] उत्पन्न होगा ॥
