Brahma Sutras 6.8

अङ्गित्वानुपपत्तेश्च ॥

angitva-anupapattesh cha

And because of the impossibility of the relation of principal and subordinate.

और [प्रधान-पुरुष के बीच] अंगि-अंग (= मुख्य-अधीन) भाव की अनुपपत्ति के कारण [भी] ॥
