Brahma Sutras 7.53
परात्तु तच्छ्रुतेः ॥
parat tu tach-shruteh
But the agency comes from the Supreme, as scripture declares.
परन्तु [जीव की कर्तृ-शक्ति] परब्रह्म से [आती] है — [श्रुति] ऐसा [ही] कहती है ॥
