Brahma Sutras 9.6

अश्रुतत्वादिति चेन्नेष्टादिकारिणां प्रतीतेः ॥

ashrutatvad iti chen na ishta-adi-karinam pratiteh

If it be said that it is not mentioned in scripture, we say those who perform sacrifices are known to attain it.

यदि कहा जाए कि श्रुति में नहीं है, तो ऐसा नहीं — इष्ट आदि कर्म करने वालों की प्राप्ति प्रसिद्ध है।
