Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 2.26

अथामूर्तं प्राणश्च यश्चायमन्तरात्मन्नाकाशः एतदमृतम् एतद्यत् एतत्त्यत् | तस्यैतस्यामूर्तस्य एतस्यामृतस्य एतस्य यतः एतस्य त्यस्य एष रसो योऽयं दक्षिणेऽक्षन् पुरुषः | त्यस्य ह्येष रसः ॥

athaamurtam pranash cha yash chayam antar-atmann akashah etad amritam etad yat etat tyat | tasyaitasyaamurtasya etasyaamritasya etasya yatah etasya tyasya esha raso yo'yam dakshine'kshan purushah | tyasya hyesha rasah ||

Now the formless: the breath and the space within the body. This is immortal, this is moving, this is the beyond. The essence of the formless, the immortal, the moving, the beyond — is the being in the right eye, for he is the essence of the beyond.

अमूर्त है — प्राण और अन्तर-आत्मन् का आकाश। यह अमृत, गतिशील और त्यत् है। उस अमूर्त का रस — जो दक्षिण नेत्र में पुरुष है, वह है। वह त्यत् का रस है।
