Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 3.44

यो मनसि तिष्ठन्मनसोऽन्तरो यं मनो न वेद यस्य मनः शरीरं यो मनोऽन्तरो यमयत्येष त आत्मान्तर्याम्यमृतः ॥

yo manasi tishthan manaso'ntaro yam mano na veda yasya manah shariram yo mano'ntaro yamayaty esha ta atma antaryamy amritah ||

'He who dwells in the mind, yet is within the mind, whom the mind does not know, whose body the mind is, who controls the mind from within — he is your Self, the Inner Controller, the immortal.'

'जो मन में रहता है, मन के भीतर है, जिसे मन नहीं जानता, जिसका शरीर मन है, जो मन को भीतर से नियन्त्रित करता है — वही तेरा आत्मा, अन्तर्यामी, अमृत है।'
