Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 3.45

यस्त्वचि तिष्ठंस्त्वचोऽन्तरो यं त्वङ्न वेद यस्य त्वक्शरीरं यस्त्वचमन्तरो यमयत्येष त आत्मान्तर्याम्यमृतः ॥

yas tvachi tishthams tvacho'ntaro yam tvang na veda yasya tvak shariram yas tvacham antaro yamayaty esha ta atma antaryamy amritah ||

'He who dwells in the skin, yet is within the skin, whom the skin does not know, whose body the skin is, who controls the skin from within — he is your Self, the Inner Controller, the immortal.'

'जो त्वचा में रहता है, त्वचा के भीतर है, जिसे त्वचा नहीं जानती, जिसका शरीर त्वचा है, जो त्वचा को भीतर से नियन्त्रित करता है — वही तेरा आत्मा, अन्तर्यामी, अमृत है।'
