Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 3.9

कतिभिर्ब्रह्मायं यज्ञं दक्षिणतो रक्षतीति | एकयेति | कतमा सैकेति | मन एवेति | अनन्तं वै मनः अनन्ता विश्वे देवाः | अनन्तमेव स तेन लोकं जयतीति ॥

katibhir brahmayam yajnam dakshinato rakshatiti | ekayeti | katama saiketi | mana eveti | anantam vai manah ananta vishve devah | anantam eva sa tena lokam jayatiti ||

'With how many does the brahman priest protect this sacrifice from the south?' 'With one.' 'Which is that one?' 'The mind alone. The mind is indeed infinite, and infinite are the All-gods. He wins an infinite world thereby.'

'ब्रह्मा कितनी (क्रियाओं) से इस यज्ञ की दक्षिण ओर से रक्षा करता है?' 'एक से।' 'वह एक कौन सी है?' 'मन से ही। मन वस्तुतः अनन्त है, और अनन्त ही विश्वेदेव हैं। उसी से वह अनन्त लोक को जीत लेता है।'
