Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.12

स होवाच याज्ञवल्क्यः । अयमात्मा सर्वेषां भूतानां मधु । अस्यात्मनः सर्वाणि भूतानि मधु । यश्चायमस्मिन्नात्मनि तेजोमयोऽमृतमयः पुरुषः यश्चायमात्मा तेजोमयोऽमृतमयः पुरुषः अयमेव स यो अयमात्मा इदममृतमिदं ब्रह्मेदं सर्वम् ॥

sa hovacha yajnavalkyah | ayam aatmaa sarveshaam bhuutaanaam madhu | asyaatmanah sarvaani bhuutaani madhu | yashchaayam asminn aatmani tejomayo'mritamayah purushah yashchaayam aatmaa tejomayo'mritamayah purushah ayam eva sa yo ayam aatmaa idam amritam idam brahmedam sarvam

Yajnavalkya said: 'This Self is the honey of all beings, and all beings are the honey of this Self. The luminous, immortal being in this Self, and the luminous, immortal being that is the Self — he is but this Self. This is the immortal, this is Brahman, this is all.'

याज्ञवल्क्य ने कहा — 'यह आत्मा सब प्राणियों का मधु है, और सब प्राणी इस आत्मा के मधु हैं। जो यह तेजोमय अमृतमय पुरुष इस आत्मा के भीतर है, और जो यह तेजोमय अमृतमय पुरुष आत्मा है — वह यही है। यही वह आत्मा है। यही अमृत है, यही ब्रह्म है, यही सब है।'
