Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 6.3

यो ह वै प्रतिष्ठां वेद प्रति ह तिष्ठत्यस्मिंश्च लोके अमुष्मिंश्च; चक्शुर्वाव प्रतिष्ठा ॥

yo ha vai pratishthaam veda prati ha tishthaty asminshcha loke amushminshcha; chakshurvaava pratishthaa

He who knows the firm basis becomes firmly established in this world and in the next. The eye is indeed the firm basis.

जो प्रतिष्ठा (दृढ़ आधार) को जानता है, वह इस लोक में और परलोक में प्रतिष्ठित होता है। चक्षु ही प्रतिष्ठा है।
