Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 6.5

यो ह वा आयतनं वेदायतनं स्वानां भवत्यायतनं जनानाम्; मनो ह वा आयतनम् ॥

yo ha vaa aayatanam vedaayatanam svaanaam bhavatyaayatanam janaanaam; mano ha vaa aayatanam

He who knows the abode becomes the abode of his people, the abode of all. The mind is indeed the abode.

जो आयतन (आश्रय) को जानता है, वह स्वजनों का और सब लोगों का आयतन हो जाता है। मन ही आयतन है।
