Chandogya Upanishad 1.81

तं जायोवाच हन्त पत इम एव कुल्माषा इति तान्खादित्वामुं यज्ञं विततमेयाय ॥ ७ ॥

1.10.7 — tam jayovacha hanta pata ima eva kulmasha iti tankhaditvamum yajnam vitatameyaya || 7 ||

His wife said to him: < Here, my lord, are the beans/ He ate them and went off to that sacrifice, which had already been begun.

पत्नी ने कहा — 'हे पति, ये ही कुल्माष तो हैं।' उन्हें खाकर उषस्ति उस यज्ञ-स्थल पर जा पहुँचे — यज्ञ पहले ही प्रारम्भ हो चुका था।
