Chandogya Upanishad 3.77

अथ यदश्नाति यत्पिबति यद्रमते तदुपसदैरेति ॥ २ ॥

3.17.2 — atha yadashnati yatpibati yadramate tadupasadaireti || 2 ||

When a man eats, drinks, and enjoys pleasures, he does it with the Upasadas (the sacrificial days on which the sacrificer is allowed to partake of food).

और जो वह खाता है, पीता है, भोग करता है — वह उसके उपसद् हैं।
