Chandogya Upanishad 4.12
तꣳ हाभ्युवाद रैक्वेदꣳ सहस्रं गवामयं निष्कोऽयमश्वतरीरथ इयं जायायं ग्रामो यस्मिन्नास्सेऽन्वेव मा भगवः शाधीति ॥ ४ ॥
4.2.4 — tam habhyuvada raikvedam sahasram gavamayam nishko'yamashvatariratha iyam jayayam gramo yasminnasse'nveva ma bhagavah shadhiti || 4 ||
He said to him: 'Raikva, there are a thousand cows, a necklace, a carriage with mules, this wife, and this village in which thou dwellest. Sir, teach me!' 5. He, opening her mouth, said: 'You have brought these (cows and other presents), O Sûdra, but only by that mouth did you make me speak.'
उससे कहा — 'हे रैक्व! ये एक हज़ार गायें, यह स्वर्ण-हार, यह खच्चर-रथ, यह स्त्री (पुत्री) और यह ग्राम जिसमें आप रह रहे हैं — (ये सब लीजिए); हे भगवन्, अब तो मुझे उपदेश दीजिए।'
