Chandogya Upanishad 5.3

यो ह वै प्रतिष्ठां वेद प्रति ह तिष्ठत्यस्मिँश्च लोकेऽमुष्मिँश्च चक्षुर्वाव प्रतिष्ठा ॥ ३ ॥

5.1.3 — yo ha vai pratishtham veda prati ha tishthatyasminshcha loke'mushminshcha chakshurvava pratishtha || 3 ||

He who knows the firm rest, becomes himself firm in this world and in the next. The eye indeed is the firm rest.

जो प्रतिष्ठा को जानता है, वह इस लोक में तथा परलोक में भी स्थिर प्रतिष्ठित होता है। चक्षु ही निश्चय प्रतिष्ठा है।
