Chandogya Upanishad 5.83

५.२३ अथ यां पञ्चमीं जुहुयात्तां जुहुयादुदानाय स्वाहेत्युदानस्तृप्यति ॥ १ ॥

5.23.1 — 5.23 atha yam panchamim juhuyattam juhuyadudanaya svahetyudanastripyati || 1 ||

'And he who offers the fifth oblation, should offer it to Udâna (out-breathing), saying Svâhâ. Then Udâna is satisfied,

'अब जो पाँचवीं आहुति हो, उसे उदान के लिए स्वाहा कहकर दे — तब उदान तृप्त होता है।'
