Chandogya Upanishad 7.12

स यः सङ्कल्पं ब्रह्मेत्युपास्ते सङ्कॢप्तान्वै स लोकान्ध्रुवान्ध्रुवः प्रतिष्ठितान् प्रतिष्ठितोऽव्यथमानानव्यथमानोऽभिसिध्यति यावत्सङ्कल्पस्य गतं तत्रास्य यथाकामचारो भवति यः सङ्कल्पं ब्रह्मेत्युपास्तेऽस्ति भगवः सङ्कल्पाद्भूय इति सङ्कल्पाद्वाव भूयोऽस्तीति तन्मे भगवान्ब्रवीत्विति ॥ ३ ॥

7.4.3 — sa yah sankalpam brahmetyupaste sankliptanvai sa lokandhruvandhruvah pratishthitan pratishthito'vyathamananavyathamano'bhisidhyati yavatsankalpasya gatam tatrasya yathakamacharo bhavati yah sankalpam brahmetyupaste'sti bhagavah sankalpadbhuya iti sankalpadvava bhuyo'stiti tanme bhagavanbravitviti || 3 ||

'He who meditates on will as Brahman, he, being himself safe, firm, and undistressed, obtains the safe, firm, and undistressed worlds which he has willed; he is, as it were, lord and master as far as will reaches—he who meditates on will as Brahman.'

'जो संकल्प को ब्रह्म मानकर उपासना करता है, वह स्थिर, प्रतिष्ठित, अव्यथमान लोकों को — जिनका उसने संकल्प किया है — स्वयं स्थिर-प्रतिष्ठित-अव्यथमान होकर प्राप्त करता है; जहाँ तक संकल्प की गति है वहाँ तक स्वच्छन्द विचरता है। 'भगवन्, संकल्प से भी अधिक कुछ है?' 'हाँ।' 'तो बताइये।'
