Chandogya Upanishad 8.14

अथ यदि गीतवादित्रलोककामो भवति सङ्कल्पादेवास्य गीतवादित्रे समुत्तिष्ठतस्तेन गीतवादित्रलोकेन सम्पन्नो महीयते ॥ ८ ॥

8.2.8 — atha yadi gitavaditralokakamo bhavati sankalpadevasya gitavaditre samuttishthatastena gitavaditralokena sampanno mahiyate || 8 ||

'And he who desires the world of song and music, by his mere will song and music come to him, and having obtained the world of song and music, he is happy.

'यदि गीत-वादित्र-लोक की कामना करे, तो उसके संकल्प से ही गीत और वाद्य उपस्थित होते हैं; उस गीत-वादित्र-लोक से सम्पन्न होकर वह महिमान्वित होता है।'
