Dhammapada 18.3

उपनीतवयो दानिसि, सम्पयातोसि यमस्स सन्तिके। वासोपि च ते नत्थि अन्तरा, पाथेय्यम्पि च ते न विज्जति॥

upanita-vayo danisi, sampayatosi yamassa santike; vasopi ca te natthi antara, patheyyampi ca te na vijjati.

Your life is now brought near to its end; you have come into the presence of death. There is no resting place for you on the way, yet you have no provision for the journey.

तुम्हारी आयु अब अंत के निकट है; तुम यमराज के सामने पहुँच गए हो। तुम्हारे लिए मध्य में कोई विश्राम-स्थान नहीं, और मार्ग-भोजन भी नहीं है।
