Dhammapada 20.8

उट्ठानकालम्हि अनुट्ठहानो, युवा बली आलसियं उपेतो। संसन्नसङ्कप्पमनो कुसीतो, पञ्ञाय मग्गं अलसो न विन्दति॥

utthanakalam'hi anutthahano, yuva bali alasiyam upeto; samsannasankappamano kusito, pannaya maggam alaso na vindati.

Not rising when it is time to rise, though young and strong yet full of sloth, with will depressed and thoughts enfeebled — such a lazy and idle person does not find the path to wisdom.

उठने के समय न उठने वाला, युवा और बलवान होते हुए भी आलसी, मन में सुस्त संकल्प वाला, निरुत्साही — ऐसा आलसी प्रज्ञा का मार्ग नहीं पाता।
