Dhammapada 24.6

यस्स छत्तिंसति सोता मनापस्सवना भुसा। वाहा वहन्ति दुद्दिट्ठिं सङ्कप्पा रागनिस्सिता॥

yassa chattimsati sota manapssavana bhusa, vaha vahanti duddittim sankappa raganissita.

In one whose thirty-six streams of craving, flowing toward pleasurable objects, are strong — thoughts connected with passion carry away that person of wrong view.

जिसकी छत्तीस तृष्णा-धाराएँ मनोरम विषयों की ओर तीव्र वेग से बहती हैं — उस मिथ्यादृष्टि पुरुष को राग से युक्त संकल्प बहाकर ले जाते हैं।
