Dhammapada 26.32

यो'मं पलिपथं दुग्गं संसारं मोहमच्चगा। तिण्णो पारगतो झायी अनेजो अकथंकथी। अनुपादाय निब्बुतो तमहं ब्रूमि ब्राह्मणं॥

yo'mam palipatham duggam samsaram mohamaccaga, tinno paragato jhayi anejo akatthamkathi, anupadaya nibbuto tamaham brumi brahmanam.

One who has passed beyond this miry, difficult path of samsara and delusion, who has crossed over and reached the other shore, who is meditative, free from agitation, free from doubt, who clings to nothing and is quenched — that one I call a brahmana.

जो इस दुर्गम संसार-पथ और मोह को पार कर गया है, जो उत्तीर्ण होकर पारगत हो चुका है, जो ध्यानी, अनेज (अकंप), अकथंकथी (निःसंशय) है, जो अनुपादान (अग्रहण) से निर्वृत है — उसे मैं ब्राह्मण कहता हूँ।
