Dhammapada 26.35

हित्वा मानुसकं योगं दिब्बं योगं उपच्चगा। सब्बयोगविसंयुत्तं तमहं ब्रूमि ब्राह्मणं॥

hitva manusakkam yogam dibbam yogam upaccaga, sabbayogavisamyuttam tamaham brumi brahmanam.

One who has given up the human bond and transcended the heavenly bond, who is detached from all bonds — that one I call a brahmana.

जिसने मानुषिक योग (बंधन) को त्याग दिया है और दिव्य योग को भी अतिक्रम कर लिया है, जो सब योगों से विसंयुक्त है — उसे मैं ब्राह्मण कहता हूँ।
