Dhammapada 9.10

यो अप्पदुट्ठस्स नरस्स दुस्सति सुद्धस्स पोसस्स अनङ्गणस्स | तमेव बालं पच्चेति पापं सुखुमो रजो पटिवातं व खित्तो ॥

yo appadutthassa narassa dussati suddhassa posassa anangannassa | tameva balam pachcheti papam sukhumo rajo pativatam va khitto ||

Whoever wrongs an innocent person, a pure and blameless one — the evil returns upon that fool, like fine dust thrown against the wind.

जो शुद्ध, निर्दोष, अदूषित पुरुष पर दोष लगाता है — वह पाप उस बाल पर ही लौट आता है, जैसे वायु के विपरीत फेंकी हुई सूक्ष्म धूल।
