Guru Granth Sahib 7.1

ਸੋ ਦਰੁ ਕੇਹਾ ਸੋ ਘਰੁ ਕੇਹਾ ਜਿਤੁ ਬਹਿ ਸਰਬ ਸਮਾਲੇ ॥ ਵਾਜੇ ਨਾਦ ਅਨੇਕ ਅਸੰਖਾ ਕੇਤੇ ਵਾਵਣਹਾਰੇ ॥

so dar kehaa so ghar kehaa jit bahi sarab samaale. vaaje naad anek asankhaa kete vaavanahaare.

Where is that Gate, and where is that Dwelling, in which You sit and take care of all? The Sound-current of the Naad vibrates there, and countless musicians play on all sorts of instruments there.

वह कैसा द्वार है, कैसा घर है, जहाँ बैठकर तू सबकी सँभाल करता है? वहाँ अनेक, असंख्य नाद बजते हैं; कितने ही वादक बजाने वाले हैं।
