Isha Upanishad 1.10

अन्यदेवाहुर्विद्ययाऽन्यदाहुरविद्यया | इति शुश्रुम धीराणां ये नस्तद्विचचक्षिरे ॥

anyad evahur vidyaya anyad ahur avidyaya | iti shushruma dhiranam ye nas tad vichachakshire ||

Different, they say, is the result of knowledge, and different that of ignorance. Thus have we heard from the wise who taught us this.

विद्या से अन्य ही फल मिलता है, अविद्या से अन्य ही — ऐसा हमने उन धीर पुरुषों से सुना है जिन्होंने हमें यह तत्त्व समझाया।
