Isha Upanishad 1.13

अन्यदेवाहुः सम्भवादन्यदाहुरसम्भवात् | इति शुश्रुम धीराणां ये नस्तद्विचचक्षिरे ॥

anyad evahuh sambhavad anyad ahur asambhavat | iti shushruma dhiranam ye nas tad vichachakshire ||

Different, they say, is the result of the manifest, and different that of the unmanifest. Thus have we heard from the wise who taught us this.

सम्भव से अन्य ही फल मिलता है, असम्भव से अन्य ही — ऐसा हमने उन धीर पुरुषों से सुना है जिन्होंने हमें यह तत्त्व समझाया।
