Kena Upanishad 2.5

इह चेदवेदीदथ सत्यमस्ति न चेदिहावेदीन्महती विनष्टिः | भूतेषु भूतेषु विचित्य धीराः प्रेत्यास्माल्लोकादमृता भवन्ति ॥

iha ched avedid atha satyam asti na ched ihavedin mahati vinashtih | bhuteshu bhuteshu vichitya dhirah pretyasmal lokad amrita bhavanti ||

If one has realized it here, then there is truth; if one has not realized it here, great is the destruction. The wise, discerning It in every being, departing from this world, become immortal.

यदि यहाँ उसे जान लिया, तो सत्य की प्राप्ति है। यदि यहाँ न जाना, तो महान् विनाश है। सब प्राणियों में उसे पहचान कर धीर पुरुष इस लोक से प्रयाण कर अमर हो जाते हैं।
