Mundaka Upanishad 4.5

यस्मिन्द्यौः पृथिवी चान्तरिक्षमोतं मनः सह प्राणैश्च सर्वैः | तमेवैकं जानथ आत्मानमन्या वाचो विमुञ्चथामृतस्यैष सेतुः ॥

yasmin dyauh prithivi chantariksham otam manah saha pranaish cha sarvaih | tam evaekam janatha atmanam anya vacho vimunchatha amritasyaisha setuh ||

In whom the sky, the earth, and the mid-region are woven, together with the mind and all the breaths — know Him alone as the one Self. Abandon all other words. He is the bridge to immortality.

जिसमें द्यौ, पृथ्वी और अन्तरिक्ष ओत-प्रोत हैं, मन समस्त प्राणों सहित ओत-प्रोत है — उस एक आत्मा को ही जानो। अन्य वाणियों को छोड़ दो — यही अमृत का सेतु है।
