Mundaka Upanishad 5.4

प्राणो ह्येष यः सर्वभूतैर्विभाति विजानन्विद्वान्भवते नातिवादी | आत्मक्रीड आत्मरतिः क्रियावानेष ब्रह्मविदां वरिष्ठः ॥

prano hy esha yah sarva-bhutair vibhati vijanan vidvan bhavate nativadi | atma-krida atma-ratih kriyavan esha brahma-vidam varishtah ||

He indeed is the life that shines through all beings. Knowing this, the wise one speaks no boast. Delighting in the Self, rejoicing in the Self, performing works — he is the greatest among the knowers of Brahman.

यह वही प्राण है जो समस्त भूतों में प्रकाशित होता है। इसे जानकर विद्वान् अतिवादी नहीं बनता। आत्म-क्रीड़, आत्म-रति, क्रियावान् — वह ब्रह्मवेत्ताओं में श्रेष्ठ है।
