Prashna Upanishad 3.10

यच्चित्तस्तेनैष प्राणमायाति प्राणस्तेजसा युक्तः सहात्मना यथासङ्कल्पितं लोकं नयति ॥

yach chittas tenaisha pranam ayati pranas tejasa yuktah sahatmana yathasankalpitam lokam nayati ||

Whatever is one's thought at that moment — with that thought one enters Prana. Prana, united with fire (Udana) together with the Self, leads one to whatever world has been formed in thought.

अन्त समय में जिसका जो चित्त (अन्तिम विचार) होता है, उसी के द्वारा वह प्राण में प्रवेश करता है। प्राण, तेज (उदान) से युक्त होकर, आत्मा के साथ, जिस लोक का संकल्प किया होता है उसी लोक में ले जाता है।
