Taittiriya Upanishad 1.8

एष आदेशः | एष उपदेशः | एषा वेदोपनिषत् | एतदनुशासनम् | एवमुपासितव्यम् | एवमु चैतदुपास्यम् ॥

esha adeshah | esha upadeshah | esha vedopanishat | etad anushasanam | evam upasitavyam | evam u chaitad upasyam ||

This is the command. This is the teaching. This is the secret of the Veda. This is the instruction. Thus it should be practised. Thus indeed it should be meditated upon.

यही आदेश है। यही उपदेश है। यही वेद की उपनिषद् (रहस्य-विद्या) है। यही अनुशासन है। इसी की उपासना करनी चाहिए। हाँ, इसी का उपासन करना चाहिए।
