Tao Te Ching 43.1

天下之至柔，馳騁天下之至堅。無有入無間，吾是以知無為之有益。不言之教，無為之益，天下希及之。

tian xia zhi zhi rou, chi cheng tian xia zhi zhi jian. wu you ru wu jian, wu shi yi zhi wu wei zhi you yi. bu yan zhi jiao, wu wei zhi yi, tian xia xi ji zhi.

The softest thing in the world overcomes the hardest thing in the world. That which has no substance enters where there is no space. Hence I know the value of non-action. Teaching without words, the benefit of non-action — few in the world can attain this.

संसार की परम कोमल वस्तु संसार के परम कठोर पर विचरण करती है। जो अवस्तु है वह बिना किसी अंतराल में भी प्रवेश कर जाती है; इसीलिए मैं अक्रिया का लाभ जानता हूँ। मौन से शिक्षा, अक्रिया का लाभ — संसार में इसके समकक्ष थोड़े ही पहुँच पाते हैं।
