Brahma Sutras 1.16
नेतरोऽनुपपत्तेः ॥
na itaro anupapatteh
Not the other (the individual self), because that is not possible.
[वह ब्रह्म] अन्य (= जीव) नहीं है, क्योंकि [जीव को आनन्दमय कहना] अनुचित होगा ॥
Ancient wisdom, verse by verse.
