Brahma Sutras 1.30

शास्त्रदृष्ट्या तूपदेशो वामदेववत् ॥

shastra-drishtya tu upadesha vamadeva-vat

But the teaching is from the standpoint of scriptural insight, just as in the case of Vamadeva.

परन्तु [इस] उपदेश को शास्त्र-दृष्टि से [समझना है], जैसे वामदेव [के कथन को समझा जाता है] ॥
