ईक्षतेर्नाशब्दम् ॥

Because of the mention of 'seeing' (willing), the pradhana of the Sankhyas is not meant.

"ईक्षण" (देखने/संकल्प करने) की क्रिया के उल्लेख से [जगत्-कारण] सांख्यों का अशब्द (वेद-निरपेक्ष) प्रधान नहीं [हो सकता] ॥
