Brahma Sutras 8.7

परात्तु तच्छ्रुतेः ॥

parat tu tach-shruteh

But the agency is from the Supreme, as scripture declares.

परन्तु [जीव की] कर्तृशक्ति परब्रह्म से [प्राप्त होती] है — [श्रुति] ऐसा [ही] कहती है ॥
