Brahma Sutras 8.9
सनियमाभ्युपगमात् ॥
sa-niyama-abhyupagamat
Because the Supreme is accepted as having definite rules of governance.
[क्योंकि] परमेश्वर को सनियम (= नियम-सहित नियन्ता) के रूप में अभ्युपगम (= स्वीकृति) है ॥
Ancient wisdom, verse by verse.
